This afternoon around lunch time the Rescue was dispatched to Darby for the RIT assist on the working building fire. Darby police were on location with a dumpster fire with extension to a commercial laundry. The rescue quickly responded with a crew of 5. Truck 19 was then special called by command and quickly responded with 8. Upon arrival the rescue crew forced entry for the engine crews and then provided RIT. The truck was able to access a commercial lot next to the fire building and laddered the roof. The truck crew then made an inspection hole and found no smoke or fire. Crews were in service for about an hour before returning to service.
